Orange Mittai: Tantrums thrown by a father, the pains & agony in father son relationship.
Tantrums thrown by children are very evident and can be observed by people of all ages, but tantrums thrown by fathers and parents in their old age which must not be let to happen, yet a capture in a film is best and digestible. Orange Mittai had served its best and it had been timed right to capture the reality of many suffering parents and reflect their sentiments and served it to both parents and children before it is too late for the society to address the problem.
The journey of the father who is feeling lonely and a person who lost his father creates a nice chemistry. The tantrums may be enjoyable, yet while we realize the pain that pushed them to throw tantrums, it gives chilling effect and goosebumps. Yet another socially responsible film.
